Michelle Huston 

Michelle Huston, MBA graduated from University of California, San Diego and received her MBA at University of California, Irvine in 2016. She has worked at CMB Laboratory for 15 years and is currently VP of Operations of the laboratory and oversees the clinical research department. Michelle spear headed and developed the clinical trials department at CMB Laboratory and helped expand CMB from being a local laboratory to becoming a central laboratory for clinical research. She currently runs the laboratory with her father, Chin Kuo Fan and they plan to continue providing quality, healthcare solutions for medical providers. Michelle is married to Kristopher Huston MD and they have two small children and a dog.

​Chin Kuo Fan (Jerry)​

Chin Kuo Fan came from Taiwan as a student immigrant and studied computer science in New York in 1971. He studied computer programming and became involved in the laboratory industry because of his wife, Cam Chinh Fan. Chin Kuo started off as a computer programmer for McDonnell Douglas and moved to California for this opportunity. In 1979, Cam and Chin Kuo took over the laboratory she was working at when the regulations no longer allowed physicians to own a laboratory. They became a husband-wife team managing and operating the laboratory for 30+ years and have grown tremendously since its inception. Chin Kuo currently oversees the laboratory and is closely involved in each department. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his four grandchildren.

CMB Laboratory combines a full service clinical laboratory with a focus on introducing innovative diagnostics for both physicians and pharmaceutical clients. The experienced scientists at CMB are capable of developing and validating assays to meet the unique needs of patients. The lab has been a leader in diagnostic testing since 1979 and is committed to improving patient care by helping physicians make better healthcare decisions.
